To create this whimsical illustration, I imported simple vector artwork into Photoshop. Texture and details were added in Photoshop in order to bring the characters to life.
This textural illustration of a sea turtle was based off of a National Geographic photograph. I re-imagined the sea turtle, combining soft stippling for its body and an imaginative range of patterns for the turtle’s shell and scales.
