This card combines original illustration with simple typography, achieving a balance of whimsy and simplicity.

The illustration started out as a simple pencil sketch. I then scanned this sketch and used it as a reference for creating a clean, smooth vector graphic of the fox in Adobe Illustrator. The fox was then exported to Photoshop, where I then added color and texture. Color and texture was achieved by combining real-life swatches of copic marker and digital brushes.
